1. Who We Are (Data Fiduciary)

CineTalentIndia is a discovery and listing platform connecting aspirants, recruiters, and service providers in the Indian film and entertainment industry. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Raadhvi Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data.

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), and role (aspirant, recruiter, service provider).
• Profile and listing data: information you choose to publish, which may include your name, professional details, photographs, videos, audio samples, work history, physical attributes (where relevant to casting), and contact details such as phone number and email address.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and analytics events generated as you interact with the Platform.
• Payment-related data: when you pay for a listing or subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank details on our servers.

3. IMPORTANT: Public Display of Your Contact Information

A core feature of the Platform is that listings and profiles you publish are displayed publicly, and may include your phone number, email address, and other contact details that you choose to add.

When you create a listing or profile, you expressly consent to this contact information being:

• visible to other users and visitors of the Platform, and
• used by them to contact you directly, outside the Platform.

You should only include contact details you are comfortable making public. While we take reasonable measures to discourage automated scraping and misuse, we cannot guarantee that publicly displayed information will not be collected or misused by third parties. You may edit or remove your published contact details at any time from your account.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• create and manage your account;
• publish and display your listings and profile as you direct;
• enable discovery and connection between users;
• process payments for listings and subscriptions;
• communicate with you about your account, listings, and service notices;
• improve, secure, and operate the Platform;
• comply with legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent and for the legitimate purposes of providing the service you have requested.

5. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

• publicly, to the extent you choose to publish it in a listing or profile (see Section 3);
• with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., payment processor, hosting, email, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

6. Analytics and Cookies

We use analytics and session-measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and similar technologies to understand how the Platform is used and to improve it. 7. Data Retention

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If a listing involves a minor, it must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who consents to the processing and public display of the relevant information. We will remove data relating to a minor on verified request.
