These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform available at https://www.cinetalentindia.com (the "Platform"), operated by Raadhvi Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("CineTalentIndia", "CTI", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or creating a listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform — Please Read Carefully

CineTalentIndia is a discovery and listing platform for the Indian film and entertainment industry. It allows users to publish listings and profiles (including aspirants, recruiters, and service providers) and to discover one another.

The Platform's role is limited to enabling discovery and listing. Specifically:

• We provide a space where users can publish listings, profiles, and job postings, and where other users can find and contact them.
• Listings may display contact details (such as phone numbers and email addresses) so that interested parties can connect directly and outside the Platform.
• Our involvement ends at the point of discovery and connection. Any communication, negotiation, audition, casting, hiring, booking, engagement, payment, or other dealing between users happens entirely off the Platform and is solely between the users involved.

2. We Are an Intermediary — No Endorsement, No Liability for Dealings

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• We are an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We merely host and make available content published by users.
• We do not verify, authenticate, endorse, guarantee, or vouch for any user, listing, profile, job posting, event, or the truth of any information published on the Platform.
• We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, audition, casting, hiring, engagement, or dealing between users.
• We are not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user, the genuineness of any listing or opportunity, the outcome of any interaction, or any loss, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment, or dispute arising between users.
• We do not handle, collect, hold, or facilitate any money relating to jobs, casting fees, agency fees, talent payments, event tickets, or any transaction between users. Any such dealings and payments are conducted directly between users, at their own risk.

You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, and trustworthiness of anyone you connect with through the Platform, and for any decision you make or money you pay or receive as a result.

3. What We Charge For

Our fees, where applicable, are charged only for services we provide directly to you, such as publishing or promoting a listing, profile prominence, or a subscription to Platform features. These fees are described on our Pricing page and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our fees are for the listing/visibility service only and are not contingent on, or a guarantee of, any response, contact, audition, casting, hiring, booking, or income.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Listings involving minors must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to publish content that:

• is false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another person;
• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes any third party's rights;
• advertises fraudulent castings, fake opportunities, or "pay-to-audition" scams;
• contains another person's contact or personal information without their consent;
• contains malware or attempts to interfere with the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice.

6. Reporting Unlawful or Fraudulent Listings

If you encounter a listing, profile, or posting that you believe is fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms, please report it to our Grievance Officer (see Section 12 and our Grievance Redressal page). We will review and act on valid reports in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Content you publish remains yours, but by publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding the Platform, its availability, or any listing or opportunity discovered through it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of dealings between users. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Platform or other users. You may close your account at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
