Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to Raadhvi Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("CineTalentIndia", "CTI", "we", "us") for listing, promotion, and subscription services on the platform at https://www.cinetalentindia.com (the "Platform").

1. What You Are Paying For

When you pay a fee on the Platform, you are paying only for a listing, profile-promotion, or subscription service that we provide directly to you — that is, for publishing and displaying your listing or profile for a defined period or plan.

Your fee is for the listing/visibility service itself. It is NOT:

  • a guarantee that you will be contacted, shortlisted, auditioned, cast, hired, or booked;
  • a guarantee of any number of responses, views, or enquiries;
  • contingent on any income, work, or outcome resulting from your listing.

Because we are a discovery and listing platform and are not involved in any dealing between users, no refund will be issued on the grounds that a listing did not produce responses, results, work, or income.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
  • Service not delivered: you paid for a listing or subscription that was not activated or made available due to a fault on our side, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Failed transaction with debit: money was debited but the service was not provisioned, and the amount was not auto-reversed by your bank or payment provider.

In these cases, please contact us at support@cinetalentindia.com with your payment reference within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • a listing or subscription has been activated and the service period has begun;
  • you change your mind after the service has been provided;
  • your listing received fewer responses than expected, or none;
  • your account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions;
  • you violated our content or conduct rules.
4. Cancellation
  • You may cancel a subscription or stop renewing at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period, which will remain active until it expires, unless a refund is due under Section 2.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment processor (Razorpay). Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

The Platform provides digital listing and discovery services only. Services are delivered electronically and activated within your account. There is no physical product and no shipping or delivery of goods involved.
